Do you offer volume discounts for services?

Depending on the service, we are always happy to visit about volume pricing – Please contact your Account Executive for details.

What is your response time to arrive on a job site?

From initial call to the completion of care, our average response time is 90 minutes or less. We don’t guarantee this time due to variables outside of our control such as traffic conditions, but with our broad coverage, and provider availability we take pride in our ability promptly respond to injury calls in a timely manner.

Do you only offer the services listed on your website?

Even though we capture the bulk of our services on our website, there are many other requests we can fulfill. We are built to suit company, with the ability to perform nearly any service you would have done with any other occupational provider. Contact your Account Executive for quotes and inquiries.

Do you offer service outside of Arizona?

Our telemedicine solution isn’t limited to any demographic, and we successfully treat over 35% of injuries successfully over phone triage. If you’re looking for something with more control, and under budget, please contact us to explore our modular clinic solutions that can be deployed anywhere in the continental United States.

If you must refer an employee patient to a physical clinic is there an additional charge?

No, not only do we not charge for the referral, if we cannot successfully treat the injury over the phone, or on site, then we will not charge for our service whatsoever!

Do you charge for follow up visits?

Simply put, NO! Return to work, and any follow up visits to give your employee and staff peace of mind is on the house.

We have specialty positions, that require custom physicals, are you able to build a physical to meet our job requirements?

Absolutely! We have the providers, equipment, and knowledge, to build a custom physical to meet your specific job requirements. If you provide the space, we will provide everything else!

How do we access work status reports, test results, etc?

With our user friendly HIPPA compliant portal, reports and documents associated with services rendered are uploaded close to real-time giving you the ability to stay organized, and easily access whether in the office or on the go. Our goal is to streamline your process, so you never have to chase down reports again.

How do you differ from a conventional occupational clinic?

There are many things that differentiate us from our competition. Our key characteristic is the way we balance appropriate care without compromise, while aggressively treating first-aid so we are employer friendly. All our cases are managed by the renown Dr. Johnston of Arizona Industrial Medicine.

We already have a telemedicine service provided through our Workers Compensation Carrier, how does that work with your service?

We are point of care. From get go we are all about giving the control back to employers, and in doing so you can set directives specific to your company. You do not need to use our telemedicine for us to be affective. We interface with most Workers Compensation carriers.
