From urgent first aid needs to vaccinations and screenings, we’ll dispatch our team of expert nurses and medical professionals to your job site for convenient, cost-effective care. The fee is always flat, even if follow-up care is needed.

First Aid Injury Care Includes teletriage assessment, triage and all necessary care and followups $390
Teletriage only Applies to injuries reported that can be treated via teletriage. All injuries that require dispatch include telemedicine at no additional charge. $90
Injury follow up No charge is applied for incidents that require follow up telemedicine or additional dispatches to customer location. Included
Referral to clinic No charge is applied to incidents reported that are referred to the an On Site Medical clinic for care. Referral to third party clinics will be billed as Telemedicine Only. Included
After hours charge After hours includes 5:01pm to 6:59am & weekends. $190
Tetanus shot $75
On Site Clinic On Site Medical can provide a full service on site clinic at any customer location. Pricing is customized per project. Clinics can be staffed with EMT's, RN's, PA's or Physicians. Contact your representative for a quote. Varied

Job specific functionality test & exam Includes Post Offer Pre Employment Exam plus examines employees physical ability to perform job specific tasks. Tests are customized to employer needs and all reports are customized to the employer. $165
Respirator fit test Includes, qualitative/quantitative exam as well as employee training. $100
OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire Includes RN or MD review of completed Questionnaire $20 per Questionnaire
