Launching July 21st, you’ll request and schedule all services via a simple online form right from our website. Stay in the loop with instantaneous email and text message notifications with the status of your service request—including appointment confirmations, provider ETAs, completion of service and more.
This new and improved system is designed to reduce wait times, improve communication with your providers and provide great service, faster and more efficiently than ever before.
When you schedule through our new system, be sure to have the following information on hand:
- The type of services you need
- Whether a supervisor from your site should be present for the appointment
- Supervisor contact info
- Injured worker info (if applicable)
- Company name and contact info
- Requested date of service (for non-immediate needs)
