Telemedicine only	Applies to injuries reported that can be treated via telemedicine. All injuries that require dispatch include telemedicine at no additional charge.	$90
Injury follow up	No charge is applied for incidents that require follow up telemedicine or additional dispatches to customer location.	Included
Referral to clinic	No charge is applied to incidents reported that are referred to the an On Site Medical clinic for care. Referral to third party clinics will be billed as Telemedicine Only.	Included
