Support On Site (S.O.S.)
Where workplace meets safe space
When people think of occupational and industrial healthcare, they tend to think about physical injuries first. But employees in industries like construction are at an exponentially higher risk for depression, substance abuse and suicide. That’s why we created S.O.S.—Support On Site—to address mental health struggles with compassionate care right at the job site.
What is S.O.S.?
S.O.S. is a comprehensive mental health service built into every on-site clinic—to ensure that workers facing mental health or substance abuse challenges can get the care they need, promptly.
A safe space
The foundation of S.O.S is creating a culture of empathy and a safe space in each clinic—so employees feel heard and understood.
Trained support staff
All On Site Medical staff are trained in mental health awareness, crisis intervention and response, and suicide awareness and intervention.
On-site Zen Den
Flagship clinics include a “Zen Den,” a private calming space where patients can decompress and speak with a provider about mental health concerns.
Lifesaving resources
When needed, we provide off-site drug and alcohol abuse programs, counseling and therapy, and psychology and psychiatry services.
Why Mental Health is the Foundation for Wellness & Safety
In the construction industry (and other industrial trades), mental and physical health are intrinsically linked, forming two integral components of overall well-being.

Mental health resources for happier employees
Mental health can impact your employees at home, with family and friends and even on the job site. By addressing mental health issues early and effectively, you’ll ensure a happier, healthier and more productive team.
